웨어러블 기기로 생활습관 균형 측정을 위한 탐색적 연구 (Exploratory study on measuring lifestyle regularity using wearable device)
Nowadays, various wearable devices are introduced to the market in which allows the users to view the related health data such as steps, hours of slept and heart rate. However, people like to identify their own general health information and its regularity. This paper aims to measure the regularity of one’s lifestyle, which is a combination data of the wearable devices: Social Rhythm Metrics (SRM). This study involved a sample of 13 subjects aged between 25 and 67. These subjects were required to wear the wearable devices such as misfit and fitbit, manuscribe food consumption via app, and turn on the GPS sensor. The three categorized data were collected and applied SRM-5. As a result, SRM-5 1) is hard to figure out the variability of regularity because of the weekly-based score 2) does not reflect the difference between the weekdays and weekends 3) is not suitable to analyze intrapersonal differences. This study plans to elaborate lifestyle regularity using Mobile App Usage Data.
